Russell John Dammerall Grant is a British astrologer and media personality. He has written several books on astrology, provides syndicated newspaper horoscopes and operates premium rate astrology phone lines. He is the he Lord of Ashford in Middlesex and founder of the Association of British Counties, and the author of The Real Counties of Britain.
